"After reading all the positive reviews, I was pretty disappointed in this property and with the property owner. The positives: Bucerias is a beautiful place that is tourist-friendly without being completely crowded, even during Christmas week. It wasn’t nearly as crowded as Sayulita, but it has a great vibe and charm. "The staff were very friendly, the food was good and the pools were amazing. We loved that the beach was right there and our room had the best view. The air conditioner didn’t work the best in our room, but other than that it was an amazing time! We would come here again! "
