We had several discussions with the property manager and the property owner but they were not willing to due anything to secure our room. We literally propped a chair up against the door for our security. The property advertises a tropical courtyard with a pool and bbq area. There weren’t either of these nor was there the fitness facility which was also in the listing....

"Great location for access around Bucerias and all its amenities. The view from the roof top pool is breathtaking and the perfect place to watch the famous sunsets and the whales in the bay. Pro-tip bring earplugs as there is a lot of construction close by as well as highway noise due to the close proximity of the main highway. "

"The home was in a great location. The images on VRBO eludes to a yard. But there is not one. We have a dog and the grass areas are very limited within the community but road alongside community offered safe walking area with other dog owners to meet. The Bucerias location was perfect for the beach and touring the areas north of PV. We would stay here again"

"We chose to stay at rooftop pool for 4 of our 21 day México trip to celebrate my husbands birthday in Bucerias.The pool was wonderful! (Just wish there was a bit more shade options) Beware the pool deck gets VERY slippery when wet, use caution.The suite was very nice! The bed & pillows so comfortable and an amazing shower. Having the washer/dryer was nice too. Super clean too!All the essential kitchen tools, dishes etc are provided as well as broom, mop & vacuum.Nice little balcony too to watch...
