"Great location to visit Alhambra. About 5 min walk to Gate Justice entrance to skip the line of the main entrance. Also you can schedule the time that has less tourists because you are so close. It’s important because your pictures won’t have a lot of people in it. Beautiful hotel and great view. Very quite. We had dinner at Resaurante Mirador Carmen de San Miguel which is only 5 min walk from the hotel. Great food. Roasted suckling pig is delicious. "

Their “Level” rooms are their Club Level and give full access to their Club Lounge on the 6th Floor with full complimentary breakfast in the morning and cocktails from 5-7pm. "The decor in the lobby was lovely. Staff were friendly efficient. Secure parking was great though with a large car, a bit of a challenge. Slightly hard to locate at first glance. Go past the main building & sharp turn right immediately down a narrow steep ramp. Liked the coffee machine in room. Only complaint no plugpoint next to bed to charge phone. Will definitely use again. "

"We were some of the only people there, it was off season for this location so parking and the pool were no problem but you have to drive in order to get to any of the sites or attractions. Staff was friendly and room was big with plenty of space for a large family. A/C worked well."
