"We wanted to experience the Sierra Nevada and the Alpujarra in winter. We chose Cortijo Alguaztar because it looked amazing and its location promised mountains, it more than delivered on both.The cortijo is beautiful both inside and out, and has everything one could possibly need, with well equipped kitchen, lovely bathroom and comfortable beds. "What a fantastic holiday. The house was perfect and full of character. Lots of places to relax in the sun and shade. Wonderful location in a peaceful village but within driving distance from Granada, the coast and other surrounding towns and villages. Siobhan was very helpful with lots of information about the house and surrounding area. Particularly enjoyed the walks from the village, including the gorge. Would recommend to anyone interested in a peaceful holiday."

"Our stay in the cave house was truly wonderful! The property is fully equipped with all we needed as a family with 3 children and the cleanliness is outstanding. The outdoor space and the pool, along with the magnificent views, ensured for a relaxing break. Communication with the host was easy and questions dealt with swiftly. "Great location! Main ac did not work. 2 bigs holes in the wall behind the couch. There was insulation wiring on the floor. Could have been cleaner. Online pictures were deceiving. It was spacious. Upstairs patio nice, lots of food choices in the neighborhood!"
