"As each family arrived, they commented some variation on 'wow, this is nicer than the photos!'We visited for a long weekend with four families (8 adults, 13 children) to ski nearby. There was plenty of space to spread out and lots of room for the children to play - ping pong, darts, board games, snow fort building etc. The sauna was lovely and could fit almost all the adults. Plenty of seating, plenty of blankets and pillows, plenty of beds. Kris was very responsive and helpful. It snowed while we were there, but we were able to make it out of the driveway and gravel road. Overall a top-notch place to stay with a crowd. "

"Stayed 2 nights and had a lovely time in the Amnicom river area. Beautiful hiking on the grounds from the cabin and a near drive to the Amnicom Falls State Park. Close enough to Duluth to drive in and visit as well.It was about 20-25f our entire stay and the propane heater worked really well. We had no complaints about the cabin feeling cold. The bathroom being detached from the cabin was. a bit rough in the cold but manageable.Overall it was wonderful and EXACTLY as advertised in the YouTube video tour from the provider."

"This was our second stay at Camp Amnicon. We stayed in Quietude last year, but booked Sunset this year because the three new ones weren’t available. It was great!! We think we might like sunset/sunrise better because they feel much more private, and we didn’t need the bigger space of the newer cabins. So cozy - we love the fireplace! "

"This cabin was a nice cozy cabin with enough sleeping room for the six adults we had plus we had one more bed for a single. It was located where we needed it to go further north or to go into Duluth. It was great. We came back one day and there were just four deer roaming around the property and the other day when I woke up there was one peeking in the window. Would definitely stay here again and would definitely recommend. If I was gonna stay at Christmas, I would bring Christmas decorations. It made me want to stay through the holidays and decorate and hide from the world. A little bit was like my little bit of a Hallmark movie"
