"I expected sunny weather but at the turn of a dime it was cold and raining quite a bit. The pool room can’t be closed and the roof’s got some openings as well. Due to this it left the pool room quite cold even though the pool was nicely heated. The room was clean. The beds were okay. The front desk staff were friendly and the property was fairly well kept. The rate was good. Brookings is a nice town and I was happy with this quick one night stay for my 3 different grandkids birthdays and some...

"This property is beautiful and the view is breath taking. Thoroughly enjoyed walking the path to the sweet little beach. The condo is very clean and has everything needed for the perfect stay.We will be back. "

"This motel is in they style of the old motor inns with the covered parking and chairs to sit outside. Cool retro mini fridges in the room. Everything was super clean. This is no frills, so don't expect a pool or free breakfast, but in exchange you get a clean room at an affordable price, perfect as a base camp or a place to crash when traveling through. The Mexican restaurant next door was wonderful. The owners were really nice, and their Star Wars themed painting in the lobby was cool."
