"The house was very nice inside and on the water and the view was beautiful. The host was super nice & the beds were comfy! I would say the only thing is I wouldn’t advise swimming off the dock. We are Florida natives and we swim almost anywhere but there were a lot of gators otherwise the house was perfect"

"House is super close to the springs which made it a nice retreat after being in the sun all day. My only comment is the backyard is quite beautiful but the furniture could use a good clean. We couldn’t use some of it because it was kinda dirty. Inside of the house was spotless and perfect though. Next kayaking trip I will definitely book again. "

"My dad, my grandmother, my sister and I and our spouses and kids met here for thanksgiving. The large table with views of the rainbow river was a perfect place for a perfect meal. I grew up on those waters and enjoyed spending my holiday there. The house gave us plenty of room to be together but also have our space. We used the kayaks and tubes and enjoyed every bit of our stay. Thank you so much for opening your property to us "

"Very nice accommodations! The beds were comfortable, bathrooms were very nicely updated. The location and view was excellent. The highlight for us was sitting on the screened in porch enjoying morning coffee watching the alligators and otters in the river below. "

"This was by far our favorite rental we’ve ever stayed in! The home had everything we could possibly need—from spices in the kitchen to extra pillows, blankets, and toiletries. We loved how close it was to Rainbow Springs State Park—it gave us plenty of chances to kayak and take in the beautiful scenery. Our kids had a blast in the pool, and everything was super clean and ready for us when we arrived. The beds were unbelievably comfortable, and there was more than enough space for our whole...
