"Arriving early, my room was ready; however, it was a room facing the busy street, with an entry facing common shared areas with high traffic. As a single woman, I did not want an area with limited privacy; worse yet, an area with internal and external access to many- as well as noisy. Ben, at check in, easily resolved the situation without disregard. Alba at housekeeping welcomed me as I took the elevator. The staff and location make Copley Square Hotel a welcoming and safe place. Thank you."

"I was impressed with check in. It was quick and painless. The representative was excellent and anticipated my questions before I asked them. My room seemed really clean, and I had zero issues. The restaurant was crowded, but they did a good job of seating parties quickly. The restaurant service was great, and so was the food (pub food). The cafe was good/handy…again service was great. I’m happy with my choice!"

"My stay was amazing! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Really personalized the experience. Team members remembered my and my friends names. Helpful with directions. Room very clean and comfortable. The gym was great!!! Steam room and pool. Very close to great restaurants and shopping and grocery stores and easy to travel to and from the airport!
