I was blown away by the great vibes of the staff team - their kindness, smiles and best wishes, and how well they helped me with all sorts of little things day by day like arranging food, adding nights onto my stay, check out times, room service, meals, room cleaning, bringing extra water etc. The reception team are all incredibly welcoming.
