Very clean, close walk to beach, a little further from main shops in Broadbeach and main Beach, but that's nice if you prefer a little peace and quiet. Beds are super comfy, showers are huge, kitchen nicely fitted out, air con is exceptional. Nothing bad to say, we love it there. "
