"We loved our stay in Brixham and couldn't get enough of the view from the living area. The property has everything you need and more. We loved having the option of a bath and a shower and even with my fear of heights, I managed the external staircase! We enjoyed lots of walks and some cycling. Would recommend researching the route to Kingswear better than we did. Very beautiful but more challenging than we anticipated! We thoroughly recommend this property and wouldn't hesitate to book again if we were in the area. The absolute highlight was seeing the seals on the harbour."

"Booked a last minute 3 night break. The location of the hotel is right on the sea front. There is ample parking at a cost of £6 per night for hotel guests. My room was large and comfortable, good sized bathroom and very clean. I booked half board and was good value for money. The evening menu changed daily with around 4 options each for starter, main course & dessert. The bar area was comfortable and had windows overlooking the garden & sea, the outside space was very well kept. The location was good for local transport links..,,I got the train into Exeter. The station was about 10 mins walk away and the journey was just under 30 minutes. I really enjoyed my stay and given the price I paid was excellent value for money"

"We had an overnight stay for a concert at the Princess Pavillion. Ideal location for this as the theatre was within walking distance. Reception staff very welcoming and everything was lovely and clean. The room was spacious and the toilet/shower room modern and bright. Comfy bed and great selection for breakfast. No negative comments at all except that the hotel does not have a carpark but a public car park is quite close."
