"Location excellent & if you have an electric car & are mobile this is the place to stay in Brixham, 6 charging points in private car parking. BUT this is a very old building with rickety stairs, MANY fire doors & less than clear room directions. The walk from the car park is not easy, beware those with limited mobility or wheelchairs. "Didnt stay due to my wife being rushed into hospital the day we should of arrived phoned them on the evening to tell them we wont be comonig no answer . Phoned nxt day and they said thats fine we'll speak to manager no reply for a day then phoned back they said the same we will speak to manager and while all this is going on they charge me for the room i didnt stay in and a week later still waiting for that phon call"
