Semi-detached house of a 400 year old Ticino house (Rustico) with lake and mountain view from all rooms.

Both houses are used as a holiday home.

The bedrooms, one in the 1. Floor next to the bathroom and one in the 2nd. Floor are accessible from the back of the house (outside stairs). No connection within the house.
The bathroom is electrically heated and modernized only a few years ago.

Both double bedrooms each have a balcony with a fantastic lake view.
In front of the kitchen, with a fireplace, on the ground floor of the house, there is a pergola for cozy hours. 





Side of the house is a second seating area, which is suitable for cozy evenings with a glass of typical Ticino wine.

A lawn behind the house invites you to sunbathe.





Charges:

- Booking fee: once per object costs in the amount of 40 CHF (compulsory).
- Final cleaning: once per object costs in the amount of 100 CHF (mandatory).
- Cot: to be rented once per person for 30 CHF (optional).
- Towels: to rent once per person for 10 CHF (optional).
- Bed linen: to be rented once per person for 15 CHF (compulsory).
- Parking: per object and day costs in the amount of 8 CHF (optional).
- Electricity: included in the price per object per day.
- Fuel Fireplace: to be brought by the tenant per object per day (obligatory).
- Local tax / tourist tax: per person and day costs of 3.25 CHF (obligatory).
