"We had an amazing time in the hotel, the room was ideal for a family of 2 children. The hotel feels like new and very clean. Additionally the dinner was really nice. Great Location as it is only around 5 minutes walking to Pleasure Beach Park. We could park and charge our car in the premises."

"Our family room was spotless, very well equipped with everything you could possibly need and very spacious. The bathroom was especially surprising - shower cubicle didn’t leak & the mirror didn’t steam up!! The only downside was that our room was too hot, no opening window and the air con was on a timer, that would shut off after a set period of time. "

"The staff were so lovely it was my son’s birthday and when we got there they had balloons and a card for him in the room. The sausage sandwiches the next day were lovely and came In a little bag with orange juice and a muffin. The restaurant right next door was lovely has a singer on and the kids got to make their own pizza. The rooms were really modern and beds comfortable and room was clean. I rang the the day before to add my other little boy on as we were visiting the Etihad and it was no bother to the staff at all highly recommend "
