"An impressive old world hotel that has been well modernised, extremely well looked after. Service was faultless as was the cleanliness. Excellent breakfast with beautiful seafront views. We did use the spa however it is a victim of its own success, far too busy, which led to some cleanliness issues. We decided not to use these facilities for the rest of our 4 night stay. The hotel itself we would highly recommend. "

"Excellent stay, the friendliness of the staff was outstanding, made us really feel welcome during the stay, from start to finish, perfect location and accommodation perfect for a family of 6. Well maintained and loved the decor. We enjoyed the breakfast, although they didn’t run out of some things 2 out of 3 days when it got busy, but the warm options were excellent. Would recommend for sure and would return. "

"Friendly and helpful staff. Nice big room which was surprisingly quiet. Discounted parking available a couple of mins away and proximity to the station make this a great option for business travel. Also the breakfast is good."

"I stay here whenever I'm in Brighton now after trying lots of sub-par and expensive air bnbs. The car parking opposite is the cheapest (and closest) to the accommodation which is a real plus. Considering the hotel is a stones throw from the train station I never hear trains. The hotel has a cool and funky vibe, the rooms are clean and the showers have pressure! The staff are always friendly too. Not far to walk into town, about 20 min walk to the Brighton Dome but you can also walk through the train station and straight down the road to get to the centre of the high street. "
