"We stayed at the apartment visiting family who lived nearby. Everything was great. Spacious, clean, very nice patio, very well equipped kitchen, best we've ever had in a rental unit. The only slight downside is some minor noise from the people upstairs in the morning. Highly recommended flat. "

"I can’t give a fair rating of the property because I wasn’t able to stay there. It appears to be a lovely place, and I’m sure it is. After communicating with the host, I found out the interior had recently been painted. I have chemical sensitivities, and paint fumes make me very ill.Thankfully, I was able to find a room at the Maldron Hotel, which was clean, comfortable, and great for people with allergies. However, having to rebook last minute added a significant and unexpected cost to my trip."

"Nice flat but the cleaning wasn’t great. Bin in the bathroom hadn’t been emptied from before the kitchen floor was very sticky and one of the leather chairs hadn’t been cleaned and had a spillage on it. Also the towels although clean were stained.The WiFi was also really disappointing- the tv wouldn’t work and neither could we stream on the laptop.Lastly it was very very noisy at night with noise from the street. Can’t be helped with the location although better windows might make a difference....

"Host ghosted me. Left in Brighton with no accommodation and had to pay almost double for a last minute hotel. Would not recommend at all. Avoid!"

"Great little flat in a good location. This glat has everything you need to stay for a few days or for the week. Please make sure you ask for the paeking permits before arriving otherwise you will struggle to find parking but for £5 a day, i could not complain. The living room was cosy and the bedroom very comfortable. 30 minutes away from the seafront and 16 mins from the lanes makes it a good location for a fair price."

"1. If WiFi is essential, this is not the place for you. The WiFi was very poor, slow, and patchy. If reliable WiFi is important, this is not the place for you.2. If you don’t mind the mild smell of weed and cigarettes from the apartments below, that’s ok. It’s not too bad, but in the twin room you get a stronger smell of cigarettes.3. There was no TV remote control to be found anywhere. Therefore no TV during the stay. We reported it on arrival, but no replacement showed up.4. If LOCATION is...
