Nice break in quiet location

The property is in a quiet area, with great local transport routes. You have a few restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The rooms are clean with two bedrooms and a nice kitchen area. The pool area is also perfect for a relaxing swim or sunbathing.

Perfectly peaceful

The property and property manager were excellent, the pool was clear and has an outdoor shower as well. Fully enjoyed stay, I would recommend a car if renting here and you plan to enjoy the south coast

Great Location

Ajoupa 3 was clean and tidy, and family friendly. The welcome and the hand over, both on arrival and leaving was excellent. The Wi-Fi worked very well which meant that we were always connected when in the property. The property is really well located, which made it easy to get around. The beach and the supermarket are within walking distance and no more than 5 minutes walk.

Quiet, homely, village feel, right on the west coast

If you prefer to feel part of Bajan life, look no further than this gorgeous house set in Fitts Village - one of a handful of villas designed in a lovely setting up a local street. Perfect location as it’s so close to all the beaches south of Bridgetown and up the west coast to Holetown and beyond, plus the reggae bus and local supermarket. Tormod and Akeema were so friendly and helpful throughout. We will miss our stay very much! Thank you for everything.

Great stay at Ajoupa 3!

Ajoupa 3 was a great base for discovering the island. The villa is at the end of road which is quiet and safe with the local supermarket, beach and bus stop within an easy walk. The villa is great value with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a very large downstairs kitchen/diner and living room and is well equipped and comfortable. Akeema was there to greet us on arrival and was very welcoming and on hand to answer any questions we had. We really enjoyed walking down to Il Tempio, Italian restaurant, and having cocktails at happy hour while watching the sun go down. Communication with Tormod was excellent and he very kindly let us extend our stay when our flight was changed. We would certainly stay at Ajoupa again!

Enjoyable stay

We enjoyed our time at Ajoupa #3. The property was just as listed and very conveniently located within walking distance to the beach. We especially appreciated the beach chairs and cooler provided by the villa. The owner was very quick and agreeable to respond to my request for an updated coffee maker which was greatly appreciated. Overall a lovely stay.

Great place away from the bustle

We have been to the same place for a few years and we stay for more than a month at a time and we have got to know some of the locals. The place is very quiet yet we are only 5 minutes from the beach and the bus route. We use the bus most of the time we are there. This place is perfect for us.

Barbados townhouse

This is a good property for a family, friends or couples. The house was clean and spacious with a bathroom on each floor. There is a pool for the complex though we never used it. The beach is walking distance or a short drive to many other beaches. The kitchen has dishes and cookware but there is nothing in the way of basics like salt/pepper, sugar or oil, so for travellers, it means you have to buy basic supplies or bring them with you. Not ideal if you are travelling light. The unit came with a large cooler which was a bonus and we took it to the beach everyday. There is parking onsite and grocery stores are close by. Overall, this was a good property and I would recommend if you are looking for a quiet vacation.

Christmas at Ajoupa #3

Seamless booking, Akeema wasn't able to meet us in person for our check-in, due to traffic, but she arranged to have someone await our arrival; Akeema arrived 5 minutes later. Amazingly considerate!! Akeema guides you through the house with a very informative overview of everything. We inquired about a BBQ Grill, and Akeema got our request approved and ordered it immediately, along with BBQ Utensils and they arrived the next day! What service!! Bit of a struggle to use a kitchen knife as a screwdriver but I managed to get it built in time to use for dinner. The 3 AC units kept the house at a beautifully cool temperature that was appreciated by us 4 Canadians! There was a beautiful mix of people from UK and Canada, all super friendly. We shared drinks and conversation on several occasions. Thanks for everything Tormod and Akeema!!
