"Beautiful room well equipped handy for public transport and really helpful and friendly desk staff. The one thing that was an issue was the smoking area right at the front door. Our visit was marred by a convention of Paul Mitchell hairdressing professionals who regularly blocked the entire entrance in a thick fog of smoke which did spill into the building making it very unpleasant for other guests "

"Great location, comfy beds, warm and cosy. Staff bought extra pillows to the room. So so many mirrors. Walking distance to main attractions. 15 mins to everywhere. Shop next to the hotel and breakfast and a bar onsite. Would stay again. Area looks a little dodgy at night so wouldn’t want to walk back alone. One of the male members of staff was a little rude (or it may just be his personality) but one word answers and very little help"
