It’s hands down the best place to stay if you’re visiting Busch Gardens—just a short drive away and super convenient. The staff were friendly, and everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. "The only "cons": no ice machines were working on site and all the pool guests were complaining that nobody's key worked for the door (ours didn't work either). The staff (and other guests), however, were so nice . There wasn't a single staff member that we encountered that was anything short of pleasant."
