We arrived late in the evening due to ongoing rain. The agent who checked us in was professional and accommodating. After the experience with him we were expecting outstanding service throughout the stay. The heating unit in the room made noise all night the first night. The second night the guest above us were stomping on the floor until 2am. The next morning we were awakened by the same stomping. When we brought it to the attention of the morning attendant she proceeded to tell us nothing was recorded about our concerns and the house keepers reported the guest checked which she lied. This was shared once we contacted Hilton customer service. We discerned the agent was more concerned about debating the validity of our concerns than respectfully resolving the issues. Then we were told to wait 2 days for a response and have yet to receive one from management or customer service.
