"Never enough hot water in shower."

"We had no hot water Saturday night nor Su day and unable to wash hands cleanly nor enjoy the full breakfast but most of all no showers 😬😬. My hotel staff suggested contacting Expedia to get a refund for the one night however, when I did the live chat, I cannot get anybody to return the chat. There isn’t a direct number for me to call. I tried to reply to an email sent from Expedia and it was returned. I really would like to speak to a representative to try to get this refund"

"It was very clean and staff was welcoming. The suite was spacious and it was convenient to have a kitchenette. Breakfast was decent, with lots of options. It was disappointing that the pool was closed. We would stay again assuming the pool was back in service. "

"Our Room was clean, roomy and comfortable. The breakfast-while good- did not have eggs/hash browns available for 2 mornings-and we had to wait 5-10 minutes for them to re-fill them. Overall, our stay was very nice!"

"Very nice and affordable option in the Brentwood/Nashville area. Convenient right off 65. Not much noise in my room from other rooms at night. Will definitely stay again. Only issues was floor looked like it needed vacuumed and the tub has chips in the plastic. The tub itself was more of a mobile home plastic. Great experience overall! "
