"I arrived a day early due to my own mixup with travel dates from the UK. Staff at reception were super friendly and helpful the hotel was full I’m not sure how but they managed to accommodate me after a few internal conversations. Alguns pontos que sugiro atenção: éramos três hóspedes e no nosso quarto só haviam duas toalhas. Também não havia papel higiênico no banheiro. Fomos prontamente atendidos ao solicitar os itens que faltavam. Mas acho que podem melhorar nesse ponto. No café da manhã não tinha Ng no salão para repor os itens que iam acabando e quando chegamos todas as mesas estavam sujas. "

"Overall a good experience. Breakfast was just above average as was the room. Hot water was lacking, but the view made up for many of the deficiencies. Spectacular. Pedro was a great host, but some other staff were less than friendly. Parking very convenient and walkability to Buzios centro and Joao Fernandes beach was good. Pool was very pleasant."

"The property is decent if you’re on a budget or lack options. The bathrooms have a sewer smell, almost like things don’t completely flush. Most of our plugs didn’t work. The place is old and it shows. The staff are all great, it’s just the hotel. "

" Our stay at Insólito was nothing short of spectacular! The pictures simply don't do justice to the beauty and vibe of this hotel. The stunning overview of Ferradura Beach, the lush gardens, the exquisite decor, and the perfect pool all contribute to an unforgettable experience. The food was absolutely amazing, some of the best we've ever had. The service was just as impressive, with every detail meticulously attended to, ensuring a pleasant stay. The staff was incredibly accommodating and quick to respond to any requests. A special shoutout to Raisa at the bar and restaurant, who was fantastic! An added bonus is the hotel's proximity to a very chill beach club with live music right in front of the beach, which hotel guests can access for free. Staying at Insólito was undoubtedly the highlight of our visit to Búzios, and we can't wait to return for a longer stay."

"Hotel esta abandonado, cama desconfortavel, ar condicionado nao funciona, roupa de cama tinha marcas de maquiagem, tive que ir no shopping comprar fronha de travesseiro e toalhas, chuveiro ruim, cafe da manha e pessimo pior que ja vi, de pao dormido, frutas passadas, com suco de pozinho (nao e natural) e nao tinha agua nem suco um dia... Duas coisas boas eh a localizacao pe na areia e o bar da piscina(que estava bem suja)!!!"

"We loved our stay at Mirante do Forte ]! It’s super close to the beach, with clean, spacious rooms and fantastic amenities for families. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the breakfast had something for everyone. Highly recommend for a relaxing and fun getaway with family. "
