"A nice space for my wife and I during our one week Florida vacation. Two bedrooms & two baths with a nice living room space and more than adequate kitchen area. The complex is mostly working folks and not a tourist spot. But for the space we got compared to VRBO's or hotels it was certainly worth the price. "The place was fine. The TV did not have spectrum and we could not get normal local channels to watch March madness. That was the main reason for our stay. My son and I just wanted to get away to watch basketball for spring break. That was disappointing "

"Overall it is a nice property. It is near the airport so be prepared for planes flying over frequently. We had a nice meal at the Tarpon TIki grill and enjoyed the entertainment. Pool was warm and clean. The only issue we had was little to no water pressure. The water actually stopped flowing twice during my shower. If you can live with that inconvenience than this is a good choice for you."

"Nicely updated room and updated bathroom. The accommodations worked out well for our 6 might stay. The property manager communication was amazing, a 10. Only negative was the traffic noise and noise from other rooms at times, but we travel with a sound machine so that made a big difference. Food at the tiki bar was great! "

"Decent place, good price, in the end a glorified hotel room...water pressure wasn't great and the front blinds need a curtain to help with light, also, can be a bit noisy as room opens up to major road, but decent for the price"
