"We had a room in Chalet Edelweiss which is unique because it is located right on the ski slope near the Grand Lodge. You can ski right from your building! The staff was more than helpful and always told us how to get information or help, if needed. They openly shared their knowledge of the resort and that added to the experience."

The site stated a bedroom and usually that includes a door with privacy that was not the case. Electrical was outdated and couldn't use the microwave. Parties on either side of us were very loud and one group partied very loudly all night. No air conditioning and it was very uncomfortable sleeping. "Janet and her husband are very friendly and gracious hosts. They were available to answer all questions and even brought firewood for the pit. The units were clean and each one has its own refridgerator. Charcoal grills were helpful cooking for 16 guys. We utilized the main unit for all prep work and cooking breakfast because of the large oven and space. "we loved our stay in this condo. the first floor meant easy access to everything outside. there were some issues with the internet that were taken care of immediately.everything we needed was there (i would suggest adding a baking sheet to the kitchen items). the whole place was very clean and i am very picky about that when my grandkids are staying,too!we enjoyed take out meals from "the caboose" around the bend.as it happened, our flights home were canceled and we needed to stay another night....
