"This is our fifth visit to the Perry Hotel in the last three years. The location is fantastic conveniently walkable to downtown restaurants and shops. The view over the marina, pier and bay from the high perch of the hotel is superb, don’t miss the great sunsets on the bay from the outside garden or your balcony! The morning breakfast room has these same great views with its huge windows looking out over the bay. The $25 breakfast coupon per room pays mostly for your breakfasts each morning, an especially nice perk. Wait staff is super friendly and give fantastic service as do all staff at the hotel. Looking forward to our sixth visit!"

"The staff are very friendly. Check in and out was quick and easy. We were really happy with the location and comfort of the hotel. The breakfast was great as well. We will definitely stay there again. "

"Great experience! The manager Rene was very helpful. Unfortunately their ice machine was broken but it did not affect us. My boy suggestion is that they really need a better sign on the road. It is not lit and is almost impossible to see at night. The placement of the sign is such that by the time you see it you have passed the entrance."

"It was confusing tonfind the hotel caused jt had the old sign instead of Baymont. They are remodeling so hotels grounds look messy. Julia was excellent when she checked me in. Overall had a pleasant one night stay."
