"Stayed on a Saturday evening. After travelling and a long day I was looking forward to a rest. The room was clean but no remote for the tv and the toilet seat was broken. I spoke to the staff and nothing materialised to sort either. Also there was entertainment which I wasn’t aware of so it was very noisy, especially as I was directly above them. "Great apartment in great house. Everything was comfortable and clean. It had a little kitchenette which we didn't use but it would have been useful for a longer stay. I have marked you down 1 star on Communications as I could find the information regarding check out time on the last day and it was hard to find it online, it said 11am in one place and 12 noon another. I had to go to the Holiday Inn checkout next door and ask them in person. "
