Everything was clean and well stocked and so convenient. A perfect getaway!"

"Overall, I thought the property was excellent, and the property was chosen for an SNHU commencement weekend. It was clear the property was recently renovated, and the downstairs sitting area provided the most space since the weather was rainy and windy. Despite clear instructions on the heating units, it was a little tricky to get the heat running but once we did the bedrooms seemed to be 5 plus degrees hotter than the common sitting areas. "It is an entire house, so a good amount of space. Brand new remodel (we were there in Jan 2025). The kitchen/family room is great for meals and hanging out. The bedrooms and bathrooms are wonderful. The photos show how nice. There is even a deck out back. We had 8 adult family members and could have easily fit a few more. And only 1 mile to downtown Manchester. "

"The charming home is very remote and private. Updated kitchen and bathroom providing all amenities you could want. Comfortable beds, but master is very tall. Although the living area futon seating provides extra sleeping options, they are not the most comfortable for sitting/lounging. A softer chair or two would be welcome. Lovely deck for lake watching. Frogs aplenty!"
