"My family including 6 adults and 2 children stayed at this house February 14-17, 2025. House is as described in listing. House was clean and fully furnished. We enjoyed the sun room as we watched the snow fall. Karaoke machine was a big hit with the grandchildren. We would definitely go back and remarked that it would be fun to be there in the summer. The only suggestion was for some hooks to hang winter coats and jackets."

"I recently stayed at this charming cabin and had a wonderful experience. The property was exactly as described in the listing. The amenities were more than adequate, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal. While the cabin was a bit outdate that is what we were expecting and it didn't distract from our overall enjoyment. Plan on booing again in a few weeks for another great getaway. "

"Came here for a cozy weekend without the kids and it was perfect! We slept in late and woke up to beautiful images of the frozen lake covered in snow. 8 minute drive to downtown and restaurants followed by cozy day reading and watching movies. Everything was clean and well stocked and so convenient. A perfect getaway!"

"We went in November for a small family retreat and did expect to nor did we swim or kayak. But being on the lake, sitting on the dock and small beach was a magical way to see so many many stars in the sky. It was steps to walk into Pawtuckaway park and go in a hike. We made it to the fire tower!"

"Beautiful home that was impeccably clean and nicely decorated while still feeling cozy and like we were allowed to “live” in it. Hosts made us feel welcome with a little gift which was much appreciated. Pretty much everything we could need was thought of and available. View was beautiful, great to wake up and drink our coffee while listening to the loons. So quiet which we loved. Would definitely stay again!"

"The charming home is very remote and private. Updated kitchen and bathroom providing all amenities you could want. Comfortable beds, but master is very tall. Although the living area futon seating provides extra sleeping options, they are not the most comfortable for sitting/lounging. A softer chair or two would be welcome. Lovely deck for lake watching. Frogs aplenty!"

"Our group of parents/kids/grandparents had a wonderful stay. Plenty of space, beautifully designed interiors, and the best equipped kitchen I’ve encountered in a rental. We would 100% return. "Stayed in the winter, place got a bit cold (it does not have central heat). Wasn’t a lighter or enough firewood for our stay but the host brought a lighter and more wood. Beautiful pond in the back and the location is good, with easy access to the highway. Neighbors were close by, we were asked to turn off the outdoor light because it was shining into their house. Cottage was clean. There are security cameras outside. Overall it is a cozy place to stay in a good area. "
