"Overall, I thought the property was excellent, and the property was chosen for an SNHU commencement weekend. It was clear the property was recently renovated, and the downstairs sitting area provided the most space since the weather was rainy and windy. Despite clear instructions on the heating units, it was a little tricky to get the heat running but once we did the bedrooms seemed to be 5 plus degrees hotter than the common sitting areas. "Had a great time staying at this house in Belmont. The kitchen has a great layout to have people bustling about, and the living room with the pool table and TV was a great way to kick back. Everything was very clean, and we had everything we needed. I would come again!"

"Whatever you need in the kitchen is not only there but also of the best quality. That holds true with the towels (in abundance!) as well. Our teens loved playing pool. Our getaway was in November, so we couldn't take advantage of the lake activities. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving and highly recommend it for family gatherings of many ages."

"Got there, 51 inside. Found that boiler switch was off. Turned on, reached 62/63. Range control top was disgusting. Had to clean before I could use it. Location was great. Still don’t understand why we couldn’t get in in the morning. I’m sure cleaning crew was there the day before. No one there night before"

"We had a truly wonderful stay at this lakefront property in New Hampshire! The setting was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views right from the house and so much to do on the lake. We loved having access to paddleboards, kayaks, and canoes—such a treat to be able to get on the water at any time (though it was a little too cold to do it this trip!)! "It is an entire house, so a good amount of space. Brand new remodel (we were there in Jan 2025). The kitchen/family room is great for meals and hanging out. The bedrooms and bathrooms are wonderful. The photos show how nice. There is even a deck out back. We had 8 adult family members and could have easily fit a few more. And only 1 mile to downtown Manchester. "

"The charming home is very remote and private. Updated kitchen and bathroom providing all amenities you could want. Comfortable beds, but master is very tall. Although the living area futon seating provides extra sleeping options, they are not the most comfortable for sitting/lounging. A softer chair or two would be welcome. Lovely deck for lake watching. Frogs aplenty!"
