"There was a 4 pm check in. Property was not ready and we came back at 4.45 p.m. Rooms had cobwebs. Mouse in the dining room and big fireplaces blew out smoke when lit although we followed the directions. Firewood was for sale and not provided. Bathroom broke. Sofa in the main living room was old and sunk down so we could not use.
