"This property is advertised for up to 21 people. However, the living space is woefully inadequate for a large group. You are crammed into a single space which includes the kitchen, dining area and a sofa. There were 18 of us and the room was barely big enough for us and 4 of our party were children. The dining table could not seat all of us and the kitchen area was cramped. The only sofa had enough seating for about approx 8 people and the exit to the garden is blocked by dustbins. "The house was perfect for us - super garden/patio for both children and adults too, child friendly indoors too with stairgates, highchair and amazing cottage bunkbead which my 6 year old granddaughter absolutely loved 🤩 plus there were tons of quality toys and books for the children too. The TV room was much appreciated with its absolutely massive TV! Location is good as well - with a decent foodie pub within 10 mins walk (The Pavilion). We also took advantage of their beach hut at Sandbanks...
