"The only issue I had was the paperwork and communication was annoying. I had to fill out two different forms with basically the same information. I got 27 emails from booking to checkout. That was excessive. The place itself was fine. Easy walk to the restaurants and stuff."

"Garbage disposal did not work.subtle rumbling all day and night- off and in. Not sure if it was trucks outside, the elevator or garbage shire. Not noticeable with tv on, but noticeable at night. Electronic locks were confusing. "

"We had a great time at this property. Was in town for work meetings, and it served all of my needs. Very clean and comfortable. Had one issue, but the host was very responsive and, together, we found a solution. Have no problem recommending this place and staying here again."

"Place was clean, but that is about it. amenites advertized were not accessible, thye double charges us: charges us for the stay as well as what we paid, then accused of stealing a table, leaving "poop" behind, (which we did not do either charges us $400.00 additional cleaning) charges us for a key that was returned, and we were there for less than 4 days..."

"This apartment was so cute and cozy. It was very clean with comfortable beds. However, the shower was a bit small and wish there were mirrors in the bedrooms. Nonetheless, the location was great- walking distance to the beach and local shops/plaza. Would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Capitola!"

"Property Manager provided the wrong building access code. We had to find somebody at the Management office for the correct code. Other than that, everything else was perfect."

"Visiting my daughter who lives in Calistoga - we decided to take a road trip south. This place was perfect, close to everything, and Clean! Can't wait to come again."

"Stayed here for a little over a week during training for a new position. The location is about 20 feet from Highway 280 which made it easy to commute to work only 7 minutes away. It also made it easy to get to nearby amenities like Safeway and Target. The unit was cozy with a large TV, multiple couches, and a large bed. Microwave and coffee maker were included in addition to the stove and oven. The host even allowed me to extend my stay easily when my itinerary changed. 10/10 would recommend."

"This was a great view of the beach and a nice time to go without a lot of crowds. The place was clean and well stocked with everything you would need."

"Cute basement apartment in downtown San Jose. The owners were friendly and accommodating so was their dog). Booked for attending an event at the convention center. The convention center was pretty easy to get to in about 10 minutes. Beds are firm, kitchen has what’s needed for cooking, the shower is a good size, and it was easy to connect to WiFi. The price was great compared to the hotels in downtown San Jose and the apartment is much larger than just a hotel room."

"It's an older property with character on the outside, but mostly refurbished on the inside. The elevator clearly is older. Bed was firm, but comfortable, shower was fine. Good quality for the money, would stay here again on an overnight trip to SAP Center."

Inviting and Engaging Hotel

"We hosted 11 performers for two shows at 418 Project behind the hotel. Performers were very happy with their rooms and proximity to the venue. The last evening more than 30 of us gathered at the bar. The bar staff were excellent and accommodating. A lot of people to land at one time and the bar tenders were super at all those orders."

"This is one of the best extended stays (8 nights) we have ever had at a hotel. The rooms are extremely well-kept, and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. In addition, there is an excellent restaurant onsite poolside with equally friendly and professional staff. Also, the hotel is conveniently located within Palo Alto and the parking is free. Great stay."
