"This apartment was modern, and everything was brand new. It had just opened, and we were the first guests to stay here. The view was fantastic, thanks to the wraparound deck. However, there were some inconveniences. Finding the front office was tricky since it’s located in a converted apartment. "This place was great! From the moment I drove in it felt so peaceful. Surrounded by trees and right next to the river. The staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful when I had an issue with the tv. Had it fixed right away. It is just down the road from town and hiking trails. I stayed in Cabin 4 and it had everything I needed and was very cozy. The river was just steps from my door. I would definitely come stay here again."

"We loved the beach cottage near the beach. The owner was responsive to our questions, and we had great weather especially for January. The location was good as it was close to Santa Cruz and about a 40 minute drive to Monterey. We'll stay here again if we're in the area!"
