"Great little cottage. Very clean and tidy. Didn’t realize there was no door between bedroom and bath, which made a stay for 3rd person (sleeping on the couch) a bit weird. Would recommend this place for couples, though! "

"I spent two nights here while my daughter was visiting a friend at UCSC and the stay was fantastic. Easy check in process, beautiful property, and very cozy rental. The bed was super comfortable and the sound of the rain on the roof was lovely. The view the next day and the sunset once the rain cleared was gorgeous. Also, the proximity to the store (Safeway) was great as I had to buy ice a couple of times (no freezer, just fyi). Not a big deal though. Hosts were friendly and accommodating. Will...

"Perfect house for all 7 of us, my wife and I, our 2 grown kids, daughter in-law and 2 grand kids. We had space to relax, hide out or play some games. The beach is a super short walk, close enough to hear the surf at night. We did all our meals in the kitchen, it has all the right stuff to prep and serve meals."

"We spent the week coming and going from the property to both celebrate our first Anniversary and to be able to see my daughter in a nearby town. Everything about the property was relaxing and beautiful. There were no noisy interruptions and everything was clean and well cared for. Oz was prompt with responses to questions and we had need of nothing. Would definitely look to stay again."
