"We had to book at the last minute due to an emergency family vist in the area,Tracey who greeted us on a late arrival was very friendly and went out of her way to get us some food as the kitchen was closed when we arrived,it was much appreciated.lovely grounds to sit in on the outside and in.we had a dinner the next evening at Mickys dinner just 10 min up the road wich was recommended to us,nice friendly staff and nice food."

"Check in easy, location fabulous. Bed comfortable - we slept really well - must be the sea air! The extra touches for our furry friend were spot on - doggy bowls and doggy treats were most welcome. "The apartment that I stayed is not sea-viewing. The apartment has clear sign of require maintenance. What frustrated me most is that Regency Apartments charged my card eventhough I have already fully paid to Hotels.com. The rational from Regency Apartments is that they could not charge against Hotels.com. But this is not my issue. End up I am double charged and require follow up for my refund which I do not even know how long it will takes. Felt being penalised as a customer when the issue...

"The Location of the house is Perfect! The only thing to criticise was that we booked for 4 People but only got linen and towels for 3. unfortunately no response to my Text Message and Email. We figured it out since we only spent two Nights there. On First sight the house was clean but I discovered old receipts and empty Water bottles under our bed when I checked it before leaving. Apart from that - excellent property I would definitely recommend. "

"Convenient for town and free parking nearby. Beds were comfy but there were a few cleanliness issues especially in the Communal hallway. Lacked a few kitchen essentials and we were surprised to be expected to take our rubbish home. That’s simply not practical for most people! "

"Lovely flat , very comfortable bed, all in good order with fantastically equipped kitchen and nice shower. Everything we needed was there, and host was quick to answer any questions. Not really for older couples, due to steps down from parking at the back, and parking a little tricky (which host did point out) Back area looks rather down at heel when you arrive, which is a shame considering how nice the flat itself is. "

"A comfy home, lots of space and everything we needed for a great stay. The balcony came into its own on a beautiful sunny weekend and the walk into the harbour along the Marine or the beach via Zig-Zag path was lovely. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to Folkestone!"
