"On our arrival at Love Lane the temperature outside was starting to drop (1st Feb 25), on opening the door the warmth from the heating hit you. The property was very clean, modern and cosy with extra blankets if you should need them. The owner lives at the back of the property and while we were there we didn't here them at all. Bed and bathroom were clean with plenty of room to move around. Tea and Coffee supplied with an additional coffee machine and pods was a nice touch. If you had any issues...

"The Location of the house is Perfect! The only thing to criticise was that we booked for 4 People but only got linen and towels for 3. unfortunately no response to my Text Message and Email. We figured it out since we only spent two Nights there. On First sight the house was clean but I discovered old receipts and empty Water bottles under our bed when I checked it before leaving. Apart from that - excellent property I would definitely recommend. "

"The apartment that I stayed is not sea-viewing. The apartment has clear sign of require maintenance. What frustrated me most is that Regency Apartments charged my card eventhough I have already fully paid to Hotels.com. The rational from Regency Apartments is that they could not charge against Hotels.com. But this is not my issue. End up I am double charged and require follow up for my refund which I do not even know how long it will takes. Felt being penalised as a customer when the issue...

"The overall stay was very enjoyable. It was clean and everything was in a good well kept standing. All amenities listed were available. Parking was difficult, often parking over the other side of the park due to all the nearer parking spaces being full. If you are cautious of electronic gadgets that could be used to record you unknowingly then the door camera with talk-back can be daunting for example. "A comfy home, lots of space and everything we needed for a great stay. The balcony came into its own on a beautiful sunny weekend and the walk into the harbour along the Marine or the beach via Zig-Zag path was lovely. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to Folkestone!"

"Very convenient, 20mins away from the town centre, nicely decorated & easy to park. Only reason for not being perfect throughout is the bedding was a bit thin and the electric meter cupboard door was broken so it banged in the wind & kept me up. Otherwise great"
