"We were so pleased to be in Country Cottage. It’s got the feel and character we like, so lacking in most short term accommodation. It’s quiet for sleeping in and has lovely places to sit to eat or relax in the garden and the house, whilst being close to the buzz of Brunswick, good food and great shopping. A perfect blend of the best of both worlds."

"I stayed here after my wedding night, the check in could be a lot better as we did not receive the key code and had to stand outside the property at 11pm calling for the code, other than that it was a beautiful cottage, great views and peaceful. The drive way is extremely steep so a sedan might struggle. "

"Very Serene location with lake and bush style cottage living feel. Very friendly host who bakes the best bread. Cottage is large, allowing kids to have their own time. Large SPA-bedroom-bathroom-Kitchen-Sunroom was all on point. Definitely recommend for a relaxing family getaway in nature."

"It was good stay overall. But place was not highly clean. Dust visible on curtains. Rubbish found under sofa. Kaye is a good host and very reachable."

"We really enjoyed our time at this property. We stayed the day before our daughter's wedding and the photographer got some great shots of her in the garden. Great facilities, although the drive up the gravel road can be a bit hairy at night!"

"Beautifully fitted out. Modern facilities and comfortable bed and lounge chairs. The black and white colour scheme was charming and everything matched. We enjoyed our night in this small but lovely cottage. Would be very happy to stay again"

"Very comfortable and warm stay. We loved the fire, didn’t take long to warm up. Close to the cafes and shops. Our Westie enjoyed her walks around the property and in town, always on a leash of course. We would definitely stay there again. "
