"The Aparment is an interior unit over looking the interior roof of the building underneath. It's on the second floor right above one of the main city fresh food and fish markets. It's very centrally located right next to the main city square with walkable distance to all the main city attractions. However with that location comes really heavy noise in the evenings from several restaurants and bars downstairs until late, as well as some mornings hearing all the bottles and garbage...

"Overall I would give this a 4 star relative to what we wanted from the property/were expecting. We stayed in Bologna for 2 days, and this apartment was spacious and amazingly located in the old town, which was perfect for exploring in a relatively short space of time. The pros were: The responsiveness of staff. The aircon wasn’t working on day 1 and this was rectified quickly, were very happy to recommend restaurants and sites proactively and generally were very pleasant. Location. Very...

"We enjoyed a lovely week in this apartment. It was exceptionally clean and had everything we could possibly require for our stay. The kitchen is very well stocked with equipment. Our friend cooked three meals and was delighted to find all she needed to do so.There is a super little cafe at the end of Guido Reni where we enjoyed lots of coffee and cake.We highly recommend this apartment."

"This was the cutest apartment. Would absolutely stay here again (but we found Bologna not that appealing to us). Such a great location with beautiful views from every window. Not that quiet when the church next door rings its bells, but never a problem. Several nice places to eat within the block. Very Nice!!"

"A great location - we walked there in 10 minutes from the train station. Then only 10 minutes walk into the old town. The appartment was clean and tidy, a really nice space. It is up 2 flights of stairs which was no issue for us. A couple of awesome places near by for casual food and drink was La Prosciutteria, absolutely amazing, and an awesome neighborhood bar - Fabrik. A small supermarket only a 5 minute walk too. The old town was stunning - we walked and walked…and ate and ate!"
