"A fantastic stay, perfect location, gorgeous rooms and all the amenities you could ask for in a hotel…however it was the front desk team that really stood out for us. It didn’t matter who was on duty, time of day or type of engagement EVERY member of the team was incredibly warm, welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. We had a small issue during our stay but the entire front desk crew rallied to assist, Wouldn’t stay anywhere else other than the Magnolia in Victoria, and we will be back !"

"Such a lovely hotel. Charming and friendly staff. Included buffet breakfast was restaurant quality. No typical low cost breakfast room that we’ve experienced at the many chain hotels we’ve stayed at. The hot offerings were freshly cooked and of high quality. The baked goods were fresh and the seating area was well staffed. We look forward to staying here again."
