"What can i say, everything was perfect. Upon entering the building using the very clear instructions and getting our key, to entering the room. Room 2 Coniston. It was absolutely spotless, very spacious with a nice homely feel to it. Kitchen area was really good, all the appliances and accessories we needed. Very comfy & large bed. Dog friendly room with a dog bed, bowl, treats and towel. Booked again for November Perfect location, you really are at the centre of the town. "

"Wow wow wow! “Boutique apartment” really does some The Rockefellers up of which their outstanding reviews do them justice. Nestled around the back of the main road, the property is sleek, modern, well equipped and drenched in luxury. Easy to get to the local “hotspots” with a banging pizza place 30seconds away on foot. There’s no doubt I’ll be back, thank you so much "

"The property is in desperate need of a refurbishment, the pictures look lovely but the reality is a very different story. We found glass on the carpet, mould all over the bathroom. The taps were hanging off, toilet roll holder has come off the wall and just been put in a drawer. Mould in the drawer where the bed linens are stored. Many spiders and webs about. We also had to make the beds ourselves, there weren’t enough pillow cases for the pillows. There were no instructions given to us about...

"Excellent base to explore the lakes and dales. We started in a 2 bedroom apartment with marina view and it had everything we needed, easy access, great facilities and an excellent pub/restaurant next door. "

"We really enjoyed our stay, the hotel was amazing and we loved eating at Mizumi! We couldn’t fault the hotel really (other than we didn’t seem to have much water pressure in our bathroom) and would definitely stay again! The only disappointment was the spa, it was extremely busy so couldn’t really use the facilities, I think the photos make it look bigger than it actually is. It’s lovely, but too small for the number of people that are allowed in! "

"Great location! Totally enjoyed this hotel, especially at the rate, great value for the price. Lovely breakfast! My only request is add a luggage rack to the bedrooms to the rooms. No place to put my suitcase!"
