"I think that this was a 5-star hotel but it didn’t keep up that standard and it becomes an old hotel. As a gold member of Expedia, I would get 20 euro credit for “food and drink” but I was told that breakfast is NOT “food” therefore I could not use 20 euro credit towards a breakfast. Beware the hotel may not honour whatever promised. "

"I had a really lovely stay, check in and reception staff wereovely and my room was clean and comfortable. It was noisy on a morning - very little sound proofing and cleaning staff talking loudly. The breakfast is just amazing - so much choice and very high quality. The location in the centre of Bologna could not be better. "

"Very cute hotel within walking distance to all the major tourist sites in Bologna - and also a short walk to San Michele di Bosco park where you can hike up the hill, very easy, to have a picturesque view of the city and visit the beautiful church on top.
