"The best experience for a first time visit to Bologna was the position of this apartment. It was a 5 minute walk to Piazza Maggiore, where Neptune stands proud for all to see and very close to many of the sights that Bologna offers. There was an unfortunate and persistent odour in the apartment - this would have been a 5 Star stay otherwise. The covered porticos were a delight and then there is the food! Fantastic restaurants for all budgets, the fabulous food.market, the warmth of the people...

"The immediate area around the location is not heavily touristed and you can get a genuine local experience. 5 to 10 minutes walking towards the centre of town and the action picks up. Bedroom, lounge and kitchen are all clean and comfortable. The little balcony is where we finished every evening listening to sounds of life. Great stay."

"The the location of the apartment was ideal, while the apartment itself was clean and utilitarian. It would have been nice if one of the bedrooms included a queen-size bed. Also, the kitchen was not really equipped for cooking: no kitchen knives for cutting, no cutting boards and no counter space. They might consider adding a larger Moka as well."
