"Old beauty (1911) with gorgeous floor plan in a very good area near Zurich (enjoyable trip on a boat to Zurich center, about 20 min, boat station is 10min away). A lake view from the “garden” room (glass surrounded room outside the mainframe of the house) is breathtaking! "A great apartment for exploring Zurich. Travel around the city is super easy, a short walk to buses and trains. Only downside was the noise from the trains when the window was open but then it is a balance with the plus of having them close by. The apartment itself is lovely and has everything you need. The communication with the host was great. Our door lock was low and battery and they attended to it very quickly! "

"The address listed is not the address you'll be staying in. It's a big company that has a bunch of properties under vision apartments. That being said, I was not contacted in advance to send my passport information before arrival. There is no "front desk" service, but it does state that you have to send your information beforehand. Since i booked through Expedia and there was no way of contacting the company, i had to call Expedia when i was overseas to get help for this. To save all of you...
