"It was a very nice little apartment, very modern, and convenient for the train. It has a washer/dryer unit plus a complete kitchen. There were large windows which let in a lot of light. The only thing missing was a microwave. I was very happy with my stay here."

"The address listed is not the address you'll be staying in. It's a big company that has a bunch of properties under vision apartments. That being said, I was not contacted in advance to send my passport information before arrival. There is no "front desk" service, but it does state that you have to send your information beforehand. Zurich for New Years

"Perfect location for walking to shops, restaurants and bars. I called the week before our arrival and asked for restaurant recommendations for New Years Eve and the front desk referred us to the Brassiere Louis (connected to the hotel) which was lacking in service and more than twice what other restaurants charged for an evening meal. Disappointed that they stated they had Airport Transfer but we were charge $75.00 for a 15 minute ride -- taxi service would have only been $25.00"
