"I recently stayed at Pop Up Hotel Krone Zürich and I must say, the experience was nothing short of amazing, thanks largely to the incredible efforts of the hotel manager, Steven and the lovely Lady. From the moment I arrived, the lovely lady went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable, memorable, and stress-free. the lovely Lady was incredibly attentive, greeting me warmly and personally checking in to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. What truly stood out was Steven and the lovely Lady genuine care for the guests. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made me feel valued and well taken care of throughout our stay. The entire staff reflected Steven and the lovely Lady dedication to excellence, which speaks volumes about their leadership. It’s clear that Steven and the lovely Lady runs a tight ship, and their passion for hospitality shines through in every aspect of the hotel. I highly recommend Pop Up Hotel Krone Zürich to anyone looking for a top-notch experience, and I’ll definitely be returning, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Steven and the lovely Lady Five stars all around! "Great location and staff. We paid a tad more for the balcony that overlooked a parking lot. We enjoyed watching a movie on the movie room. I even left a bag and they helped me mail it back. "

"The configuration of your bar doesn't work. The rectangular shape is terrible, the bar stools don't properly fit and the bar tops are cluttered. Service staff, friendly, can't see you, etc...You might want to rethink this entire outlet. Thank you."

"Fantastic experience with our 2 small dogs. Dog friendly hotel.The staff were very helpful and professional. Great customer service when we encountered an issue with lunch that was dealt with promptly and really elevated our experience. We stayed just one night for an event but next time we plan a longer trip and we look forward to returning to The Dolder Grand Hotel. The spa is worth a visit and a walk in the forest surrounding the hotel was so refreshing. Breakfast was delicious and the food in all the restaurants we visited was superb. Thanks to all the staff that made a memorable experience for us. There are so many to mention."
