"Great customer service by "Greg" my walk in to the hotel i felt welcome. As soon I walk to the lobby he welcome me in with a big smile. He told me if had been to downtown bakersfield before and advised me to keep my personal and expensive items in the hotel. That made me think that he looks out for his customers. The stay and room was 💯 satisfy. I will return back to the hotel on my next visit to bakersfield."

"The room and general building was fairly clean. The rooms are a bit snug, but the size makes it even more cozier. I did stay in the bottom floor and you can hear everything, which was really bothersome. Also, I just thought it pet friendly and was unaware of the $60 non refundable deposit. Not sure it was worth more than half the stay, esp when my dog is trained and most likely wouldn’t even notice that he was there. "

"My family, 12 lb dog and I stayed here to get away from the New Year's ruckus. This was an excellent way to do that. The house was very spacious and comfortable so we settled in quickly. The weather was very cold when we got there, but thankfully our host left us heaters in our rooms and we had them on while the house warmed up.
