Very nice place to stay
Delightful stay on the river with access to the beach. The rooms are very small but very clean and adorable! There is a little general store across the street that serves delicious food in a little sit down area in the store. Definately would stay again.

Clean and comfortable in a very pleasant setting. Full size coffee maker a plus! Complimentary microwave popcorn too. Nice general store with deli across the street. I'll be back if I'm traveling through again

Great Place To Stay
Sequoia Lodge is a great place to relax along the Kern River. The manager on site (Steve) was great and very helpful. The patio deck overlooking the river is awesome Definitely going to book this place again !. Also, it does not hurt to have the Kernville store across the street, never went into town once for food, drinks, etc.

Superior! Beautiful community & surroundings. The room was delightfully furnished with rustic mountain decor. But I’m burying the lede. The staff was friendly and informative. The room was comfortable, blessedly quiet, and immaculately clean. I’ve stayed at hotels at twice the price with fewer amenities and not nearly so spotlessly clean. And the staff recommendation for breakfast across the street was the cherry on top. Delicious! I’d stay at the Sequoia Lodge again in a heartbeat.

I travel a lot for work. The property is really beautiful calm located to activities on the river yet close enough to work. There are great local restaurants less than 5 min away.
