"This cabin is a great place to stay. Well appointed, clean, and comfortable. My grandson and I went to Kernville for a fishing trip and found this property to be a great home base. I haven't slept this well for a long time. Located a 2 minute drive from town, it gives easy access to dining and the road along the river. I would highly recommend this property."

"My family, 12 lb dog and I stayed here to get away from the New Year's ruckus. This was an excellent way to do that. The house was very spacious and comfortable so we settled in quickly. The weather was very cold when we got there, but thankfully our host left us heaters in our rooms and we had them on while the house warmed up. When arriving, we initially thought our stay would be in the cute home next door. Though the address I was given wasn't the next door address, we thought surely we wouldn't be staying in someone's back yard. We were wrong.
