"The hotel is a grat location in the city front desk were very helpful. The hotel was very clean our room was very spacious with a jacuzzi bath. The breakfast was fantastic of a high quality and well presented. We will definitely be returning again"

"Good stay to visit Liverpool and the Xmas Markets. Easy nearby parking which is discounted, the multi story John Lewis car park is basically across the road. There was a que at check in, but they have self-service machined which we used, was easy and quick but does take the personal touch away. Room was a good size, clean and modern. Had what we needed with a complimentary water, tea/coffee. Good location for the city centre and docks area, did the job. "

"Great location for centre of Liverpool, basic room.only complaint is no kettle to make a brew in morning, but there is a greggs next door.Nice bed ,nice big towels.Curtains were ripped but overall nice little place.Bonus tou get discounted parking at Ncp carpark through hotel. "
