We liked the heated pool on the beach as the other pools were quite cold. The kitchen was sufficiently supplied. We didn’t like the noise coming from next door due to poor insulation. The property is fairy new but aging quickly due to weather and poor upkeep. The AC units dripped when used for more than a few hours. We could have used some beach...

"The balcony and the view are fantastic. The AC works well. Overall, the place is very nice. The bathrooms are small and there is a noticeable odor from the drains. The bed is comfortable but could be updated. The instructions could have been more clear about entering from the 4th floor which would have helped save us from dragging our luggage up the stairs. The area is nice with lots of nearby shopping and restaurants. The area is noisy with nearby pools and outdoor bars but quiets down at 10 pm...

"We love the neigborhood. Very easy and pleasant communication with the host. Great studio three blocks from the beach a bit up the hill with everything you need. Great otdoor terrace. Malecon, shops, supermarket, restaurants are in the walking distanse.Would definetely recomend for singles and couples."

"This is a beautiful, well-equipped condo with a 180 degree view of the sea. We never tired of sitting on the balcony watching the sea, the boats and the whales. It was a short walk to many restaurants and the beach. We had two great tours: Ocean-Friendly Whale Watching and PV Food Tour."

"Such a hidden gem. This place is more than a stay. It's an experience. Things to note are that you have to take a small boat to reach the property so pack light. The nature and beach are beautiful. The rooms are comfortable, clean and the perfect blend of shelter and being one with nature. The restaurant on site is superb with quality organic ingredients that create art on a plate. Staff is friendly, approachable and super helpful. Can't wait to come back. "

"Myself and 9 other gals stayed here for my bachelorette and it was the perfect villa! Spacious rooms with beautiful views, amazing chef (shoutout to Daniel for the amazing margs, mojitos, steak, churros, and guac). Jennifer (and Yolanda) were also easy to work with and attentive to our needs in booking a bunch of activities and cars for us. Great experience and highly recommend! "

"Overall I enjoyed my stay very much. The room was comfortable. The location was great. I really enjoyed the shows at Club Nitro. They were well done and they were very entertaining. The cast was super friendly. The beach area was very nice. The pool area was nice as well. Karaoke after the show was fun. As I was the only English speaking singer Johnny was very good to keep me informed on what was being said. The ladies in the show were beautiful. The few negative things about the place was 1. No o shower curtain so the bathroom floor got wet every time you took a shower. The resort was not super packed but I still had trouble getting a reservation for restaurants. The buffet was fine but the best meal I had came from the snack bar by the pool. The burgers were very good and the chicken tacos were amazing. "

"We had a fantastic stay at Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta and were pleasantly surprised by how much we enjoyed it! The food was consistently delicious with plenty of variety, and the service throughout the resort was excellent. Our room was spotless, modern, and featured breathtaking views of the ocean—waking up to the sound of the waves each morning was a highlight. The location is perfect—tucked away in its own private cove yet just a short drive to Old Town, which made it easy to explore the local charm and culture. One small heads-up: if you're staying on the upper floors, you might hear a bit of construction noise during the day, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it for a relaxing and scenic getaway! "
